Hand-Crafted Arrows
Each of our arrows is carefully and individually handmade by some of the finest craftsmen found. Every arrow is unique because each is made using real feathers and all shafts are hand-stained. Can you imagine that all beads on your individual arrow are hand threaded onto the string prior to attaching them to the shaft? Incredible work!

Having been raised on a ranch, I know the meaning of honesty, integrity and respect. We will treat you as if you were one of our own - as though you were part of our "Family".

The staff at BGH consists of Mr. Heap, his two newly-married daughters (Kim & Celeste), two younger daughters (Shelise & Ploy) and the husband of a niece (Craig).

Our “Humble Beginnings”
The idea to begin producing Arrow of Light Awards all started 3 years ago when the owner, Mr. Gordon Heap, was serving as Cub Committee Chairman in Gilbert, Arizona. After making over a dozen of these awards for his boys, at a material cost of over $18 per arrow, and a time commitment cost of 3 hours per arrow, Mr. Heap knew he had to find a quicker and less expensive way! He also knew that there must be hundreds of other committee chairmen experiencing his same frustration.

Arrow sales began from the family garage and have only recently moved to a small office built in his backyard. BGH is still small, but with our commitment to provide you the best price on all scouting products we offer, BGH hopes to grow through the coming years.
